Introduction to the General Conditions
This website is published by Teodoro Maximiliano Rivadeneyra Grefa (alias Teorumi) (hereinafter "the Director") on behalf of the brand "Teorumi" as a legally registered company in Ecuador with registration number 1501550550.
By wishing to become a customer, the Visitor expressly accepts without reservation all of the provisions set out in these general conditions.
The Director reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time, it being specified that only the online version at the time of the visit is in force between the parties.
In the event of any changes to these General Terms and Conditions, the Director will inform customers. If they choose to continue using the services made available to them, this will imply their agreement to the changes made. However, in the event of major changes to the services, express agreement will be requested.
I. General information
These General Conditions of Use define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of tourist services and the sharing of information offered by the Director to the Visitor on the site www.teorumi.com and its subdomains (hereinafter the “Site”).
By information, we mean: customer testimonials, made freely available online to Internet users.
The Visitor declares to be capable of contracting freely in conscience under the Sovereign Rights Base and where applicable, validly represent the person for whom he is committed.
II. Product and service information
The products offered are related to tourist services, it can be the hygiene and protection kit, or other objects; they offer facilities to customers; the products are mainly from the Shiripuno Community, otherwise are local.
Tourist services are supervised by qualified professionals who are committed to providing the best possible quality of service according to their abilities and possibilities.
III. Product availability
The Director and the entire Teorumi team do their best to ensure that the products are available, however it may happen that some of them are not; in this case the customer will not be offered an arrangement or refund.
IV. Confirmation of reservation
Regarding prepared tours, specialized tours and personalized tours, after having read the description of the product or service, the financial contribution requested, the General Conditions, the Legal Notices, the Visitor is invited to confirm his reservation request by confirming knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions.
The click required for confirmation during the request constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
Unless proven otherwise, the data provided by the Visitor and recorded by the Director constitutes proof of the elements of the estimate and the terms and conditions which govern the relationship between the Director and the Visitor.
After Acceptance, the Visitor will receive an email confirming their reservation request at the email address they provided. This email will confirm receipt of the Visitor's request by the Director.
V. Payment method
There are currently no plans to accept online payments; payment is made at the agency office directly to the Director.
The future Client guarantees to the Director that he has the capacity and the willingness to pay for his tourist service once the reservation has been accepted, and that he will do his best to keep his commitment.
VI. Guarantee and Refund
The parties concerned, both the Director and the Client, undertake to act in such a way that each is satisfied with the relationship which unites them.
The Director guarantees to provide the Client with quality content corresponding to the presentation on the Site.
In the event of any problems encountered, if no arrangement can be accepted, the Client will have the right to request a refund of the costs incurred.
VII. Personal information – Data Protection and Freedoms
The information and data concerning the Visitor are necessary for the management of their reservation request and for virtualized human relations. The execution of services, management, execution and processing of this data are carried out solely on this site: none of the data is transmitted to a third-party service or company.
This information and data is only kept for the purpose of enabling the delivery of the requested services.
Suggestions may be requested to improve the services offered and to enhance the services of the Teorumi agency.
Testimonials may be requested for publication on the teorumi.com website.
However, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Visitor-Customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her. To do so, he/she simply needs to send a request by email to the Director using the contact form or to the email address indicated on the Site, indicating the information he/she wishes to modify or delete.
VIII. Intellectual property
We believe that intellectual property prevents the majority of human beings from freely enjoying knowledge and information that would allow them to live with more dignity in harmony with the living and with themselves, in a more responsible manner; by maintaining ignorance and a form of mediocrity, it contributes to reinforcing public misfortunes; we consider that it constitutes a crime against humanity.
Thus, in all conscience, we waive the right to prohibit the use, copies or reproductions intended to be shared for free use, whether individual or collective.
In accordance with my wishes as Director, and according to the rights to existence of the Sovereign Rights Base, you are free to use, copy or reproduce it in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, without his consent and without this being considered an infringement.
We declare that all of humanity, without distinction, has the right to the content of the Teorumi.com website, provided that its sharing is not subject to a market value; each and every person may dispose of it as they wish. We reserve the right to sell and market it to the sole person of the Director according to the processes and under the conditions he chooses, and this without time limit.
